Eligibility

Participation is by invitation only. Invitees must be at least 18 years of age and located in a jurisdiction where this activity is permitted.

Participation

There is a $50.00 entry fee. See our Rules and Regulations.

Prize amounts may be presented as "$X in prizes—details at kickoff" until Fortune International Group publishes final figures.

Predictions

Predictions are locked by the first game of each round. See Rules and Regulations for more detail.

Prizes and Platform Responsibility

Prizes are provided exclusively by Fortune International Group. Prize amounts, eligibility criteria, and distribution timing are determined by Fortune International Group.

1210 Brickell Development LLC (operating as Casa Tua) provides the technical platform infrastructure for this contest as a service to Fortune International Group. 1210 Brickell Development LLC has no obligation to fulfill, guarantee, or remediate any prize obligations of Fortune International Group, and makes no representation as to prize delivery.

Acceptable Conduct

You agree to use the Pool only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not attempt to circumvent access controls, interfere with the Pool's operation, impersonate another participant, or use automated means to access the Pool without authorization.

Termination

Fortune International Group may revoke invitations or terminate participant access at any time, in its sole discretion.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Pool after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
